NAOMI DULIT-GREENBERG
Clinical Operations Director
Naomi is a second-year medical student at New York Medical College. Originally from Massachusetts, she spent her gap years in Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.
As a Psychology and Spanish dual-major in college, Naomi focused her studies on the impact of childhood trauma on psychological and physical well-being, particularly within Spanish-speaking communities. She volunteered in after-school programs in under-resourced school districts and facilitated public health focus groups with immigrant families on their experiences of bias in the healthcare system. An internship at a clinic for pregnant patients with opioid use disorders led Naomi to decide to pursue medicine halfway through her senior year, with the support of many incredible mentors. Profoundly committed to social justice in medicine, Naomi looks forward to working with the Center for Human Rights to advocate for the compassionate, equitable, and trauma-informed care of asylum seekers throughout their application process and beyond.
