The NYMC Center for Human Rights is a student-run clinic that provides forensic medical evaluations to asylum seekers and human trafficking victims, a critical component in determining their asylum/legal protective status in the United States. In partnership with volunteer physicians, My Sister’s Place, Neighbor’s Link and Physicians for Human Rights, this clinic provides much-needed services in Westchester County to individuals seeking protections.
