CHLOE SWEENEY

Case Manager

Chloe is a first-year medical student at New York Medical College. During her undergraduate years, Chloe volunteered with the “Resilience Program,” a case management organization based in Queens, New York. There, Chloe worked alongside social workers to connect low-income families with free produce, employment, and financial assistance. Through this experience, Chloe developed a passion for engaging with and advocating for the most vulnerable members of her community. As a case manager with CHR, Chloe looks forward to further developing her advocacy skills and learning from the lived experiences of asylum seekers. Chloe enjoys reading, writing, and watching reality TV in her free time.
